On Eternal "Probation" - Toward a Life of Real Freedom

"Try not to fear anybody, for judgment has a place with God." - Deuteronomy 1:17 (TNIV).

It's with a feeling of anxiety that a few of us live. We comprehend the importance and the end. It's not something to be intrinsically frightened of. It's basically something that is a self-evident truth; something to be borne at the top of the priority list as we wander the adventure of physical and profound presence this side of huge forever.

But at the same time, there's a happy Catch 22 associated with carrying on with this life of truth. While we live a kind of endless probation- - while we carry on with this genuine life- - we get the opportunity to appreciate the idea of time everlasting, however, one with a rider and that rider is we should represent everything we do, in the long run. Furthermore, this approves of us, since we comprehend we're responsible to a reasonable and just God who'll not just pass judgment on us decently, he'll absolve us likewise, furnished we are situated with Christ as we enter his realm.

This is no 'fire and brimstone' message. It's just a reality for the spared individual, for example, one who's genuinely and intentionally in Christ. He reclaims us not just now, and since the time we chose to acknowledge his abundant offer; he recovers us in all and each reality after the physical passing. It's the 'now yet not yet' wonder, or part thereof.

It's disastrous that the possibility of "probation" has a 'nearly denounced' feel about it. This isn't what I need to pass on - this isn't the idea of salvation.

We're not on parole. We have a genuine, genuine opportunity - directly here, at the present time. However, we've likewise been called right away to a higher, lovelier, holier, more attractive standard. Finally, we're allowed to live as God constantly proposed us to live, without a plan of action to some other befuddled (for us) feeling of power.

As our soul power and reasonable Judge, the Lord God- - through the Holy Spirit- - enables us to live without a solitary feeling of natural subjugation - if that is our will likewise; in case we're living deliberately in him. This is currently.

We can likewise know now with complete wellbeing that when we're to be unavoidably made a decision by God in reasonableness and in effortlessness (his 'baseless support' toward us), record to him in the 'present time and place' is the mightiest gift - a genuine fortune.
